June Haul

I can't remember when was the last time I last shopped. Probably about 4 months ago or so? Since I have already started working, I decided to pamper myself a little more, just a little bit! I actually bought quite a number of stuff to pamper myself this month. Which also means spending lesser next month :(

I actually got myself beauty products like makeup and masks and also apparels from tops to bottoms.

I shall start with the beauty products I got. I actually wanted to get my makeup from Smoochiezz but they are having some technical problems with their website thus I had to settle for something else. I happened to chance upon another website selling the brands Smoochiezz is carrying. 

The Spectrum Shop carries NYX and E.L.F cosmetics which can be bought at a fairly reasonable price. I personally find it cheap and affordable. I got myself the Complete Coverage Concealer and also the Total Face Brush, both from E.L.F. 

The Complete Coverage Concealer has 4 different shades, which means each for different purposes. The lighter shade can be used as an under eye concealer whereas the darker shade can be used to conceal blemishes. It is a cream based concealer. The Total Face Brush comes with a brush guard, which helps to keep the brush clean in one way or another. The bristles are not as soft as I thought it would be. I bought these at $7 each. The brush was a disappointment though.

Next would be my masks. It's good to pamper your face every 2-3 days. I'm not an exception. I've tried Leader Clinic's mask before and I find it really good. It was recommended by Xiaxue. It cost like $3+ per piece if you get it from Watson. I actually visited G-Market and saw that they are selling the Leader Clinic Masks at $1.50-$2.50? I can't remember how much I bought mine for. But I've tried using it and it feels the same as the one I bought from Watson! I saved alot! G-Market is the best place to shop for cheap and nice stuff! 

I'll go on to the apparels I bought. I visited KateLove at The Clementi Mall.  KateLove carries blogshop-like-apparels. They have really pretty stuff! I got myself a studded/spiky basic black top. It has spikes around the collar and my boyfriend kept calling me Spiky, like a dog's name. What an ass HAHA! And I also got a dark blue denim highwaist shorts. The material of the shorts is super soft and it's super comfy to wear! I can't remember how much I got these stuff for but it ranges from $24-$28 I think? Spend $50 and above and get to be a life time member at KateLove! x

I got a Stone Washed Denim Highwaist Shorts from JumpingAround at $20! Super love the color and the cutting! Thank God I got the correct size cause they actually do sprees and once the spree closes, I 

would not be able to get another one!

Far East Plaza has many shops selling super pretty apparels and accessories. If you're familiar, at the second level of FEP, there is this shop owned by a Hongkong uncle. He sells super chic apparels at reasonable prices! I bought a Mustard highwaist shorts at $23.90! Mustard has always been the "IN" color and it goes super well with either black or white! Simple and nice!

Last but not least, my boyfriend bought me a super chio Black Studded Bag from Statementmuse for our half year anniversary! I super mad love it cause it's studded and looks super chic! Ever since I got the bag, I've been using it till today! The owner was really nice cause she reserved it for me! And she also gave me a connector ring for free!

AHHHH! Guess I overspent this month. Okay fine, I did. But all these buys made me really happy! Better thank me for sharing where to get super chio and chic stuff okayyyy! Everything is priced reasonable! 

Looking forward to July! So many things to do and so many places to go! deGlamour is re-launching in Mid July! Super looking forward to the relaunch!

Half a year

In just a blink of an eye, it has been 6 months together. These 6 months has been really awesome. I'm thankful to have you by my side at times when I needed someone and I am also thankful to have you in my life. Throughout these 6 months, we went through thick and thin and our love grew. We had happy moments as well as sad times.

I was never a good girlfriend in the past, to all my ex boyfriends at least. I tried. I gave in, I did anything I could to keep them by my side, but I never once succeeded. I didn't understand why. Question marks kept running through my mind. What did I do wrong to deserve all these? Am I not good enough for them? I couldn't find any answers to all those question marks. 

I was tired, I was afraid. I was afraid that history would repeat. But till I met you, you answered all the questions I had. It's not that I am not good enough for them, it's the other way round. I'm glad they decided to leave me in the past, or else I wouldn't have found such an awesome boyfriend now. You taught me never to look back on my past as none of them brought me the happiness you have given me.

I'm thankful that you never once gave up on me. Even after all the shit I did to you, after all the pain I've brought to you, you never once left me. Thanks for holding on despite me being such as ass in the past. If it was anyone else, I believe they would never forgive me for what I've did. I'm really thankful for everything you have done for me. Forgiving my nonsense, tolerating my bad temper and my nuisance, having to give in to me all the time and many other problems I have been causing you all these while. If I have never met you, there wouldn't be me now. I'd probably still be fooling around, heading out every night, drinking my life away. You changed me, you made me who I am now.

Being with you just makes me so happy, it makes me forget whatever worries and unhappiness I have. Seeing you smile makes my heart melt. Seeing you smile brightens up my day. Whenever you feel happy, I feel overloaded with happiness too. But whenever you feel down, I feel like my world is falling apart. Days when you are gloomy, it breaks my heart so badly. I hate all the quarrels because it kills me inside. All the cold wars, all the shouting and screaming just tears me apart. Baby, I wish everyday would be like how we first met, filled with love, filled with happiness.

I feel so carefree whenever you're by my side. We can do everything together, just like what best friends do. You're like my best friend, my brother, my boyfriend and my soulmate. Being with you just takes all my pain away.

I love the times when we cuddle in bed, watch movies together, snacking on junk food. Whenever I lie in your arms, I never want to wake up. It feels so close, so comfortable, so untrue. I wish time could freeze whenever we cuddle. 

HAPPY HALF YEAR ANNIVERSARY BABYLOVE. IT'S GOING TO BE NOW AND FOREVER. BABY YOU'RE THE BEST I EVER HAD, SO ONE IN A MILLION.

Bliss Restaurant/Funan

I can't even remember when was the last time I saw my twinney, Penny. 5 months? 6 months? I can't remember. I miss this bitch so much. Finally got a chance to meet up with her yesterday for her advance birthday dinner cause my dear girl is flying off for a holiday with her boyfriend to Bangkok.

In the past, we always make plans to Bliss for dinner or chill out sessions, and it wasn't an exceptional this time round. We missed the food there! Our all time favorite, luncheon friesssss! The thought of it just makes us drool (not literally)! Been craving for it for the longest time though it's freaking easy to do. I mean you can always buy luncheon meat, slice it and deep fry it. BUT WE WERE LAZY, AS USUAL. 

Since it was babygirl's birthday dinner, she was allowed to order whatever she felt like eating! And my dear girl was so excited when she knew they still had Ham and Cheese Sticks. The night before she was still telling me that she wants those Ham and Cheese Sticks in her mouth right now! Greedy bitch! So we ordered Luncheon Fries, Ham and Cheese Sticks, Mushroom with Bacon Aglio Olio, Gratin Chicken and soups (it comes in a set with drinks).

The food was so-so. Doesn't taste as awesome as what they used to serve but the Luncheon Fries and Gratin Chicken was NOMS! Was quite disappointed with the pasta, cause it was tasteless. But overall, I enjoyed dinner, with the company of my babygirl!

Headed to Funan with boyfriend as he needs to get a laptop. His old laptop cannot make it already. Walked around and saw many pretty laptops. Kinda tempted to get one for my personal use but guess it's going to be a waste of money as my old laptop is still working well. Guess i'll just save up to get my Nikon camera instead! Oh yah, saw this pink Nikon camera, damn freaking chio! I wish I had the money to get it now. I WISH. In the end boyfriend decided to get an Acer laptop which looks super chio! Love it so much! Today was awesome cause I get to spend time with babylove <33 The next outing would be our Madagascar 3 date! Super excited :) I love you babyboo, now and forever!

Bar Bar Black Sheep @ Robertson Quay

About a week back, my boyfriend suggested heading down to Bar Bar Black Sheep at Robertson Quay for dinner and drinks with the clique. As planned, we met the rest at Robertson Quay. We reached at about 6 plus and the place was rather quiet. The ambiance is alright, rather comfortable.

They have a wide range of food from Western, to Thai and to Indian cuisines and not forgetting they have a list of alcohols from beers to cocktails, to mocktails and to smoothies etc.

We had a hard time deciding what we wanted to have for dinner till boyfriend suggested that we should try their Butter Chicken (Indian cuisine) as it tastes awesome. So all of us ordered the same dish and had nun bread! Boyfriend and I ordered the Cheese nun! Super noms! Looks and taste a little like pizza!

We took quite some time deciding on our drinks too as they have a wide variety of drinks for us to choose from. Ended up having a bottle of beer each.

Dinner was great, spent some time catching up with the rest and laughing along our conversation. Glad to have met up with the rest before some of their enlistment.

Ichiban Sushi/ Movie

So a few days back, boyfriend and I decided to head out for lunch, to have something more sumptuous. It has been a while since we last ate something good thus the decision. Headed down to Ichiban Sushi at Clementi Mall for lunch the other day. I have to say that the food was up to my standard, especially the Salmon Sashimi,  but the service was a little too slow. We waited for our food for quite a while. The atmosphere was good too, very spacious seats.

I had some Chicken with Cheese set meal, which includes the main course, one chawanmushi, 2 pieces of soft shell crab, one miso soup, a bowl of rice and 2 slices of watermelon, and this whole set meal cost about $15+. Super worth it!

Boyfriend had some Beef set meal, which includes a huge bowl of soup topped with mushrooms etc, raw beef and rice, which cost about $15+ too.

We ordered Gyoza and Salmon Sashimi as our side dishes and also 2 glasses of drinks. Awesome experience to the Ichiban at The Clementi Mall. We were super bloated after lunch.

Headed down to Jcube to catch Snow White and the Huntsman. Two thumbs up! Super awesome movie! Chris Hemsworth is super handsomeeeee! Didn't regret watching it! ^^

It was an awesome day spent with boyfriend :) Hope he enjoyed himself too!
