Both Bliss @ Chengsan CC and Burp @ Punggol CC are serving the same recipe for breaded fish 'n' chips! The fish they use are definitely fresh and taste super juicy with every bite! It is served with fries, salad and tar-tar sauce. For BURP Cafe, they actually use pepper mayo sauce instead which surprisingly taste nice! There's a pinch of Black Pepper taste and a little sourness. And for the salad, instead of drizzling it with Mango Dressing, they changed it to lemon dressing! Good combination of ingredients for the sauces. Just love the Fish 'n' Chips so muchhhhh!
